Check-in is consistently delayed often by over an hour and the compensation offered (typically a single £20 drinks voucher) feels inadequate given the inconvenience. Overall, while the hotel itself is visually impressive, the service and overall value do not justify the price."

"Room was clean with plenty of space, separate toilet and bathroom. Staff were friendly, swimming pool was clean, there is a Tesco next door, Liverpool one is a stones throw away and Albert’s dock is a 10 min easy walk if that!!"

"Stay was ok. Breakfast average. Room quite small and a bit claustrophobic, had window open constantly but felt due to the outside cladding, no air could get in. No major issues with stay. "

"Fantastic central location in Liverpool. Super friendly check in lady and wonderful apartment that was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Just a short walk from station and to the cavern quarter. Really cannot fault it"
