"This was my second time staying there, first was October 2024, I was glad it was available again this year. I liked location, the easy access, drive right to front door and open grounds with open grassed area and lawn chairs, easy to relax which is what I needed on both occasions because of family deaths. I will be returning next year to Ottawa from BC and the Inn will be the first place I look for accommodation. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location, very easy to take public transportation from the airport to the hotel. It has many restaurants around, and within walking distance to the parliament buildings. Room is spacious with full size fridge, stove. It made so convenient if you want to cook your own meals. Breakfast has lots of options, fruits, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausages and 4 types of breakfast sandwiches, also bread, muffins, waffles, bagels… The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly, and accommodating. we were here for business trip. On the day to checkout, we realized that we were not able to return in time for the required checkout time, so I phoned the front desk, and they were kind enough to extend our checkout time from 11:00am to noon without hesitation. We were truly happy to stay here, and will definitely stay again when we return to Ottawa. "
