"I went there 4 years ago and my return was not disappointing, it was a wonderful experience for 2 nights. Very spacious room, very clean, comfortable queen size bed. Fridge included, flat screen TV with lots of channels. Shower with very good water pressure. Located near Hunt Club Road, 10 minutes from EY Center. It was perfect. There was a light breakfast included, not very big, with fruits, yogurts, cereals, orange juice and MOST important, lots of coffee. Parking in front of the room is an added bonus, easier for unloading our stuff. Good service, affordable and enjoyable stay. Will return, that's guaranteed."

"This hotel scores on its location and historic ambience, within easy walking to Ottawa’s must see attractions. Breakfast offerings were disappointing for what one would expect at a Fairmont Hotel . The food was served cold on our first morning and because of that we chose to eat elsewhere for the remaining 4 days of our stay. Our room on the first floor was small but comfortable and well serviced by housekeeping. Unfortunately our room was situated above a loading area, and our sleep was disrupted late nights/ early mornings by trucks loading and unloading. "
