"The location of this hotel can not be beat. It is convenient to whale-watching cruises, farmers' markets, restaurants, museums, trolleys, walking trails and beaches. It is an older hotel and shows its age. It will be demolished soon, so I now understand why there have not been any updates. The whole marina is being redone. Stay here while the prices are reasonable because it may be out of your price range after. The staff was friendly, and the free breakfast was basic. The pool was well used. $15 parking each night is not a bad price."
