"Luxury hotel for a very fair price. The room and amenities went above our expectations. Very clean room, amazing view. Would definitely stay again. Very spacious, kind of like a one bedroom apartment. View of the USA and Canadian falls. Views from many different parts of the hotel. Shuttle drivers were amazingly friendly and polite. Hotel should offer more complimentary water to guests just like double tree by Hilton. First night our A/C was not working, but got fixed right away."

"This was my second visit back in just over 2 years. I wanted to revisit because i had a great stay the last time and this last visit was also great. The staff are friendly and i felt welcome.The room was clean and i had no issues at all. I hope to return again in the near future."

"Definitely not worth the money. Location was great though. Toilet ran constantly. Burn holes in the bedding-non smoking room- hair in the tub and on the floor and the overhead exhaust was very dirty! Only one towel given for two person stay. No face cloths or hand towels. Don’t get me started on the shampoo/conditioner combo- I forgot mine back home. Rust stains on the floor. Holes in the drapes. Overall some TLC would be a good thing. I’m thankful it was just me staying there and only for sleeping. Room smelled clean though. Fridge and microwave were also clean. "

"We parked off-property, per the hotel requirements. The shuttle was always available to take us to/from our car. We did not have a view of the falls from the room, but we made several trips to the observation deck and took a walk down to the falls viewing area. It was an exciting, once in a lifetime adventure! I recommend this trip and this hotel. "
