"Todo estuvo muy bien, la habitación muy limpia, muy buen servicio y las áreas recreativas son muy buenas, la zona de piscina está increíble y el mini arcade entretenido 🙂‍↕️"

"The stay here was great. Had some issues with the toilet but staff was helpful. Will definitely revisit 🙂"

"Close to all Niagra attractions. hotel has been renovating and updating. free hot breakfast is a bonus. great value for money spent. Room was clean. Free parking. Bus stop outside if you need public transport."

"This hotel is great and one of the cheapest"

"Virtual reception is a joke. We were from a different country and were unable to open the email to tell us where and how to get in. For the price charged, a reception is not too much to ask. Even a phone number provided went to message bank and would not be answered until the next day."

"The place is okay. the hotel policy is disgusting. the guy at the reception printed out my driver licence and kept it. this is not good at all."

"Very bad experience"

"It was good value if you have a car. Charging 10 dollars for parking is wild tho. Also not having all day coffee is wild but room was clean. I like the white guy working. He deserves a raise."

"They need to buy some new mattresses. The one I slept on was God awful. It was like an accordion. It had literally been through the ringer and then some pretty much broken."

"I hate to give a terrible review, but this is like a trashy place. Nothing like the pictures. I got my key. I looked at the room two drunk guys were arguing the room was disgusting. The bathroom was disgusting. They tried to offer me another room. It was still disgusting. I would not sleep on the bed. My daughter did not feel safe, so we actually went and got another hotel room. Hopefully I get my refund. But take it for me do not go. It’s disgusting."

"Bed bugs! The room on the second floor with three beds that we used was full of bed bugs, pillows are not cleaned and the blankets were dirty. I didn't sleep properly because bed bugs were biting me. It was itchy and irritating. We were unaware that we even brought the bed bugs home. Now our house has bed bugs that is alarmingly disturbing. I don't recommend this place and will never come back. It's the worst stay I had when it comes to cleanliness from all the places I've booked. They should...

"Our room had a very smelly air conditioner and bathroom was not the cleanest. Plus we were missing the TV remote and cups."

"Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our stay was amazing. We did not do the breakfast as we left early morning but had a fantastic sleep and an amazing view from/in our room. Thank you!"

"Loved the fall's views from our room and the resteraunt. They were absolutely incredible. The nightly fireworks over the falls with the multi-colored lights illuminating the falls were stunning. The only thing we didn't like was the elevators. The majority of them were temporarily shutdown at high peak traffic times, making for a really long wait to get to and from our rooms. Taking the stairs on the high floors was out of the question. Hyatt, what's up with your elevators. That was a first."
