"As a single female traveller I value having a hotel where I feel safe. The second day of my trip I had housekeeping come into my room and leave my door ajar when they left. I called to speak to a manager and was told someone would get back to be but no one ever did. I did not let any further staff into my room for the remainder of my trip and was very uncomfortable knowing the hotel did not think this was an issue worth reconciliation."
