Horrible customer service. Checked in and then had to move rooms two times. First room flooded, second room no bath tub and smoked in. The third room we got in had a slice in the ceramic coating in the tub that was like a razor blade. They said they’d move us again but we were there to enjoy my wife’s 50th. Not jump from room to room. Forgot some high end toiletries in the first room and they refused to let us back in to retrieve them. Now they say it got thrown away. The “Manager” on duty last night 5/31 was the rudest, most condescending @@@@@ I’ve ever encountered. Instead of making things right, she stared me down and called security on me. Will not be going back. I’m sure they could care less but the hell with the Golden Nugget. Times have definitely changed. Ghetto style service. Do better Golden Nugget.

We got robbed. Someone broke into our hotel room and stole a suitcase and two backpacks. Luckily, we werent there - but our friend was sleeping in the conjoining room with the door open. The hotel doesn’t care and hasn’t made a big effort to help. We filed a police report and are waiting. They stole about 15k worth of items. I will never come back here. The security is poor and they don’t have cameras in the hall. The doors are faulty and it’s not worth your money. I’m am so disappointed I wasted my time and money at this hotel. Frankly, I want a refund for the time stayed, we ended up checking out early because we didn’t feel safe.
