"I got there & the code didn’t work. I sat in the cold trying for 10 minutes. I text them & apparently the door key pad freezes & they had to give me another code to enter ?? Umm ok… then I get in & the lighters for fire don’t work & here is the big one - the heater doesn’t work!! They say we can ..."
