"We arrived at 9pm to find owners were there waiting for us. The property was clean and tidy and we settled in quickly. Only comments are that we could have done with more kitchen equipment ( I have allergies so cook to be safe) and the pillows needed replacing. All in all a good stay. Regular bus service only 5 mins walk away. 15 minutes to walk into the town. Very steep walk back up so bus is recommended. Good view of the harbour and telerifico. Owners were very nice and welcoming"

"Had a short stay here on a whistle stop tour of the Island. Close to Monte and the city centre and easy to get to the Pico do Ariero walk for an early start. A lovely place and the host Stephanie was wonderful. Bedroom upstairs was spacious and comfortable. Gardens outside where we had our breakfasts are beautiful and overall it was a relaxing pace to stay. "

"Our AC wasn't working as it should. It was just too hot in our room. Would be nice to have more times available for our shuttle bus since it's a bit far from city center. First shuttle bus it too late and later at night there is none. Parking is also limited. The staff is just wonderful. "

"Lovely position next to the cable car entrance. Beautiful gardens and the original part of the Quinta is lovely and full of antiques. The bedroom furnishings are a little tired and could benefit from tea & coffee making facilities. The pool area could also do with some redecoration/updating. Breakfast was plentiful with a varied buffet selection"
