"Exceptional hospitality, food, and amenities - It's a highlight of our trip. When we arrived at property, almost entire staff greeted us on the street by the entrance. Kaiseki meals were wonderful. The second floor recreation room was a happy place to be -Zen garden view, delicious snacks, drinks, and late night soup... The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen pools were nice, especially the roof top one. We look forward to our next trip there"

hot spring feed tub! A M A Z I N G! Its a little.drive from Sapporro, so.plan.a typical.chalet.on the riverside stay, or aboit $100 taxi to the big city. Great food, and the local town has a couple unique restaurants and coffee.shops. Japan.at its original finest! If tour seeing this.part.of Japan, I recommemd a stay here - we were 3 days, and...

"Great hotel for the value! The onsen was better than I expected with a sauna, cold plunge and multiple baths. Spacious rooms and comfy bedding. This was a great spot to share a room with a few friends during our stay in Sapporo.. a bit of a trek into the city but definitely doable. I would stay here again!"

"Family trip with 2 kids. A bit worn down room and facilities, but perfectly clean and with everything you need. The onsen was great, however parts of it was closed due to maintenence. The Lagoon pool area was well made and appreciated by the kids, with areas both for the very small ones and the bit older. Not many restaurants around, so advice is to book dinner at the hotel. There are two convenience stores walking distance away. "
