Bed was quite comfortable, but several large pillows. The bathtub was massive, perfect for a long bath after a long travel day. The highlight, though, was the well equipped gym. It is one of the better hotel gyms we’ve ever used.

The staff is friendly and helpful but the hotel is outdated. The guests have to pay fees to use onsen and gym. These are the amenities and should be free of the charge to the guests.

Everything was amazing esp the staff. I left passport and phone charger in room and went back next day to get it. Staff so awesome and accommodating. Onsen great and so was the lounge on top floor. Excellent customer service all around, great service and amazing bed and bedding. I’ll be back for sure

Included breakfast was great. The food was fresh and healthy, and much of it sourced locally. The hot spring was clean but spartan, even though it cost 1000yen per day. (They don't even offer disposable razors.) The fitness center was a joke for a daily 2000yen fee. (No water the first day; I used the one remaining wipe to clean my equipment; the high-tech treadmill went kaput twenty minutes into my power walk and someone was using the only other one, so my workout was abruptly ended.) Staff were friendly and kind.

We really liked this hotel. The hotel was well located close to subway station and odori park. It was also one of the stops for airport bus which made it extremely convenient and minimal hassle after a long plane ride. There’s also free shuttle to and from Sapporo station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a family mart convenient store right in the lobby area as well as Lawson right across the street. There’s a hot spring bath available on the 2nd floor although there’s an extra charge. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Only one minor problem was when we first walked into the room, there was a strange unpleasant smell. The hotel staff was very helpful to mitigate the problem and we never had the problem afterwards.

Property was not super clean. Toilet had black mold under top rim. But room elsewhere was clean. Staff was great. The property is just older and needs to be upgraded. However, we did like to stay there.

This is a great hotel if you plan on skiing at niseko. We travelled from the U.S. and the hotel has a shuttle that will take you to Sapporo train station and the chuo bus to niseko Hirafu also stops here. So airport -> train to Sapporo -> shuttle to hotel -> great overnight stay at Prince hotel -> chuo bus to niseko for skiing in the morning
