スタッフの方、どなたも感じ良くて、チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズでした。アメニティもセルフサービスで無駄が無くて良かったです。タオルの交換も廊下に出しておくと新しいものが袋に入って置いてあり充分でした。館内で使える商品券も安く買えて、食事に利用しました。 野球観戦での利用でしたが、館内もエスコンフィールドや日本ハムに関連した物も置いてあったりと終始野球に触れるのが楽しかったです。

お風呂は浴槽が無くシャワー室となっている。夏なら全く問題ないが寒い冬はキツイのかも？ 自前の交通系ＩＣカードをチェックイン時にカードキーに設定する仕組。アイデアは素晴らしいが1枚しか設定なし。もしかすると複数設定出来るのかも知れないが案内は無かった。 朝食は総合的に満足度が高く良かった。特にサラダの種類が多くあって良かった。駐車場は24時間で1500円はこの立地からすると高いと思うし宿泊客は無料でも良いと思う。台数が少ないのでエスコンの主催試合がある日は駐車場が確保出来ない心配もあり改善が必要。
