"Really enjoyed our one night at the Beach House. Room was bright airy and overlooking widemouth bay. Food is excellent, seafood heaven! And excellent selection for breakfast, the eggs royale was delicious. Will definitely be back when we are back in Bude! "
"Nice clean facilities and helpful staff when we booked in. Just need a few simple things like hooks, toilet roll holder and a shelf in shower to make it easier please. "
"A nice old inn in a good location. The manager was very welcoming and we got a nice big room and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and service was very good. They do not serve evening meals on a Monday night; however, the manager pointed us to a lovely pub overlooking the beach."

"We had a party of 11 ranging between 6 and 66 and all had a great time in the excellent Tregarden. The property is 5 minutes from the beach ad has stunning views over the coastline.Despite a couple of minor problems at the start of the holiday Genevieve and John the owners couldn't have been more helpful and sorted them out straight away.I would highly recommend Tregarden for a family hoilday. "
"Very spacious and very well equipped, particularly in the kitchen. Ideal for those with mobility issues as all on one level with easy access to and within the accommodation. Youngsters also have a large garden to play in and there are numerous games to keep them entertained on wet days. Access to on-site games and toddler areas are a bonus. We enjoyed flying kites which were available on windy days.The only disappointment for me was it was difficult to go out for walks without driving the car first."

"We really enjoyed our few days in the house. The house was clean, welcoming and had plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the 8 of us. We will definitely look to stay again. Thank you."
"The cottage was about a 30 minute walk from the beach but not suitable for young children as it’s all country roads. It’s about a 5 minute drive which is great! The check in process was very simple and easy with great communication from the property hosts.
The cottage had good facilities throughout as well as substantial space for parking.
Bedding and bathroom were all clean and tidy apart from blankets on sofa were a bit sandy.
The only aspects we would say weren’t as strong were safety / privacy features. Eg, there was no key for the first front door to the porch so you had to leave it unlocked. There was also no curtain across either door so anyone could see in which wasn’t great for privacy, especially at night time. Some of the PAT testing had also expired on some of the kitchen appliances which needs updating. There was also no instructions left for the key for the safe. The bathroom door also didn’t lock. If booking for a long weekend where you’re out and about or surfing and need somewhere to stay, it’s great, just some small things needed to update. A good stay had overall."
