"The room, toilet and cleanliness was on par with that of a good to excellent hotel. The room was also very quiet with no road or pedestrian noises. The location was fantastic being near to the trains, metro, trams and 10-15 min walk to the Duomo. The surrounding area of the Sforzesci castle gave it a very pleasant vibe. The hotel has no signage making it difficult to find. I guess this is because it's mainly office/apartment blocks with 2 floors used by the hotel. The reception was not...

"The apartment definitely met expectations. Full size fridge and kitchen to be able to cook if desired. Clean and stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and the apartment was a good size. The only thing I’ll say is that in summer heat, I’d be concerned with A/C keeping it cool enough. We closed bedroom door where A/C unit was and it was perfect. There’s a couch and a table in the bedroom which was really nice. I also can’t say enough about this location! So walkable but close to duomo...

"Would recommend Serendipity Rooms to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced room within easy walking distance to the Duomo Cathedral and Piazza. Our only issue was with the dripping condensate from the AC unit, right above the entry door. We had to keep a towel on the floor in order to avoid a puddle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

Otherwise it very much looks and feels like a hostel although for 160 Euro/day this is a VERY expensive hostel. "This is not a hotel, this is an apartment. The apartment is divided into 3 separate rooms. Noise isolation is missing. You will hear every word spoken in the other room. Check-in is terrible. The keys to the apartment must be picked up at the hotel, 2 km from the apartment itself. Be careful. Check-in at 15.00, Checkout at 11.00. What?"

"It’s kind of hard to find as it’s in a building with other business in front of shops. The room was ok. Shower was small. I’m a big guy with a wide frame and getting in and out with the door bending in half into the shower. Made it awkward. There was no black out curtains on our windows. Just sheer curtains. The good part about it was the host she was amazing and the proximity to everything. Super close "
