"Not easy to find as you need to go to the bar/restaurant next door first, however a warm welcome and a friendly and fast service. Very nice looking room but unfortunately found some hair witch wasn’t mine…..that’s a pity……breakfast in the nice bar/restaurant (included). Not a buffet but several things too choose from. Overall would like to visit it again however probably just by incident, cleaning needs to be improved! "

The location was perfect for us, a five minute walk to the Milan Duomo, Monte Napoleone and Theatre alla Scalla. Perfect place to stay in Milan and perfect staff."

"Very nice room, very cool and well air conditioned, very peaceful and quiet, only issue was the WiFi that kept cutting out which was extremely annoying as I ended up burning through my data unnecessarily."

Great Hotel in good locatioon

"We really enjoyed our stay at Starhotels E.c.h.o. Thank you to the reception staff who went out of their way to help us with our enquiries. Thank you to Maimai in the breakfast area with our vegan breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, modern and very clean. Location is very good with a 3 minute walk to the Milan Centrale station. The station is very good with trains to many locations. Lake Como can be reached in 50 minutes. The bus station location is just outside the Centrale station also with buses direct to Malpensa airport. We will definitely choose this hotel in this location again. "
