(The ferry gets you to Belagio and Varenna in less than 2 hours) You’ll also be greeted by incredible views from your private balcony or on the lower dock. There’s not a better place to wake up on Lake Como! We were met by Sabrina at checkin. She is a wonderful host...

"You can take the bus N1 southbound to Como in the morning. When you take bus back from Como to St Fermo, you have to take metro 74 northbound. Be sure the bus to St Fermo, because some of the buses only to halfway!"

"Very accommodating & helpful host/owner. Just be aware if you don’t book in advance, and thus need to do a self-check-in, you will need to get the keys from a public locker shop about 2 blocks away. But if you arrange your check-in ahead of time, and hey can meet you at the property. The room was very clean, modern, & the beds were very comfortable! I do recommend this place when staying in Como."
