"Just came back from a family trip. Stayed there with my husband and 3 kids. I loved this hotel. Polanco is a great neighborhood to stay in. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. Very safe upscale neighborhood. If you are taking the turibus, on of their stops is pretty much in front of the hotel across a little park. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. My older children enjoyed the gym and my son who does varsity swim for high school enjoyed the pool. Even though not as big as he was used to, he was still able to swim his sets and was able to maintain his exercise routine. The buffett was very good with many great options and the chocolates they sell at the little store, I think they are called amara or something like that are delicious. They taste like real swiss chocolate."

"Wonderful stay at the JW marriort in Polanco. The room was very clean, comfortable, and specious. All staff memebers were extremely kind and helpful regarding anything. The location was great with many restaurants and bars walking distance. Would highly recommend. "
