The hotel itself was a good walking distance to the Bosque de Chapultepec and Avenida Paseo de la Reforma. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and were accommodating for our needs. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend staying here. "

"We had a nice 1 bedroom apartment. It was well designed with a good amount of storage. The bed is very comfortable. From the balcony there was a pretty tree to see through to the street scene below. We did not get replacement Nespresso pods. Dish soap may be a good idea. The doorman was very attentive and pleasant."
