"I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Zocalo Central and I would definitely book with them again. Ricardo greeted us as we walked in and out each day. When we checked into the hotel it was lovely to be able to go down to the 24 Hr cafe and grab something to eat instead of having to search for food on our first day. The wraps, salads and soup were really delicious. I loved sitting on the balcony each morning for breakfast. Breakfast was pretty much the same thing each morning. Fabian was our waiter the whole visit and he was awesome. Loved the complimentary bottle of wine and the walking tour with Daniella. She was very informative, did not rush us and professional. My only complaint is the shower. The shower head is placed too high. I am short and my sister who is a little taller than me both stated it was hard to position the shower head without getting it all in face and hair. Also my sisters tv had Netflix option and mine did not but definitely wasn’t a big deal because I rarely had it on. I loved my stay in Mexico City and already looking forward to coming back. "

"This is a huge hotel with excellence service. You can walk around the hotel street and you can also walk to the city center which it is around a 25 mins walk, but there are plenty of other transportation around. The room is big (for a hotel room) and comfortable. Service was really good in general, including front desk and transportation. The gym has a lot of equipment, the pool is good but water was too cold for my taste. Also, we added breakfast and it has good options for everybody. The best part of the breakfast is that it is open up to 12:00pm. Additionally, they provided excellent service when we left our passports in the room safe and had to come back from the airport to get them. We will definitely stay here again."

"This is the second time that I have stayed in this hotel location is perfect. Restaurants close by Stores and easy access to museums and downtown. Looking forward to staying there again."

"This place was so beautiful—a real gem in the heart of the historic area of M. City. Our suite was so sexy—very much exceeded our expectations. My only criticism was the AC was loud (fan needs to be calibrated—sounded like it was rubbing something) and it didn’t seem to do much cooling. But, we kept the windows open to the outside and luckily it wasn’t too hot. "
