"Even though the host accepted a last minute reservation, the house was not ready for guests. It was dirty and had a man and his child living there. A mattress and box springs was placed in the center of the floor in one room (no frame) and a the host was unboxing an air mattress for another room. We did NOT end up staying. Definitely not ready for guests."

"Cleveland Castle was a major letdown! The screened-in porch—typically a selling point for any rental—was boarded up with plywood, giving the home a neglected and almost abandoned appearance.
