Checking in was very slow. I didn’t know animals were allowed at this property. If this is a Radisson property, this brand has fallen, significantly. It seems to now be a Choice Hotel brand which was only apparent upon entering the lobby. Thank God I am only staying 1-evening.

The room left a lot to be expect and needs improvement. Very disappointed but it was just for a night while traveling so we stuck it out. The receptionist was very sweet, but seemed overwhelmed with what was going on. There was a dog barking constantly, the bathroom wasn’t clean and was out of toilet paper when we got there. Our friends who booked a room as well had actual feces on the carpet among other uncleanliness and ended up getting another hotel for the night.

Staff is absolutely incompetent. They knowingly double charged me for our deposit. They neglected to turn on the A/C prior to our check in, leaving us in a musty, damp room. There is obvious mold on the ceiling and water damaged carpets. Lots on damage on the window, doors, etc.

The guy checked to see if my room was clean before he gave me the card keys. We went inside and there were toe nail clippings on the floor in the room. Parking lot had a bunch of trash and a dirty diaper and socks laying on it. Pool was nasty too. Will never go back.
