"Our stay was amazing, Karill the front manager did our check in, super friendly , we were able to get our room at 11:30. The rooms are very nice an spacious, Carolina the house keeper super nice, the pool on Friday was nice and as well as the service, Saturday was bad, to many people and bad service. Sunday was very nice and quiet, Violin and Fernardo were amazing. Karl did the check out for us, extremely efficient and friendly, he took some charges that they were out in our bill by mistake. "

"The hotel was very close to the beach and the pool was very nice . I didn’t like the fact there was no microwave nowhere in the building (according to staff ) it becomes inconvenient specially for those with babies . The parking was also a little bit of a walk from the hotel (under the sun can be annoying) . It will be ideal to have a direct entrance to the parking lot . This parking lot also didn’t have elevators only stairs not great to those with disabilities. Besides these details the staff...
