"The room was very spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning. A restaurant, McDonald's, and Wendy's are within walking distance, less than 3 minutes walking. My thanks and congratulations to Nestor Prado at the front desk for his excellent service, costume service, and professionalism. I'm not giving it 5 stars because upon check-in, I found used cream, shampoo, condition and toilet paper in the room, which I put them in a bag and handed it to the front desk."

I accidentally left my wallet in the room, and the CitizenM team didn’t just recover it, they went above and beyond to help with the logistics of getting it back to me. That kind of care and top-notch service is what sets this hotel apart. CitizenM Brickell is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience. Whether for business or leisure, I couldn’t recommend it more highly."
