I just stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Miami South Beach for 7 days. I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff at this hotel property for making my stay very comfortable, convenient and a great memory for my vacation! The entire staff is very courteous, helpful, always smiling and cheerful to provide help and assistance when needed, and very welcoming! It is located in a very convenient location, and it is very easier to walk and use the public transportation as well. The beach is just 5 minutes of walk from the hotel. Thank you very much Caroline for all your help in my check-in, and providing all the help. I am also thankful to Adan, Eugie & the Housekeeping Team, staff member working in the breakfast restaurant, and the entire management of the property. I will highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Miami South Beach hotel to all my friends and family visiting Miami. I myself will be staying here again for my future visits to Miami. Thank you.

In my room the AC doesn’t work 80 degrees in side. And the front desk terrible and nasty..no help with the attitude , like ignoring. They told me if I don’t like, I can leave.

My stay at this hotel was great. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. A short walk to Miami Beach and accessible by car/bike to South Beach and the main city. Overall had an amazing experience at this hotel :)

Not sure what happened with staff at this location but they did not know what was going on. First they could not find my reservation, I had to contact Expedia to have them call the hotel; even though the hotel had previously contacted me about my stay details…. Then as I’m leaving the staff tells me I had paid for 3 nights but in fact I had only paid for 2 since I’m leaving Miami on Sunday, go figure. I think language was a little bit of an issue but who knows. Other than that the staff was friendly and having parking on premises is a plus. Location is also ideal. Would recommend but please step up your game if you have third party booking properties for you like Expedia make sure the staff knows how to handle such reservations as well, they were asking me to check Hotels.com when I have already paid for my stay a month in advance…
