"Everything was perfect! The hotel was very clean, the staff were kind and professional, the rooms were comfortable, and the service exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel was nothing short of exceptional from the moment we arrived the service was outstanding and really helped to make us feel special as we celebrated my birthday. The staff were all so incredibly kind, friendly, and happy to help with any and everything. I had an incredible experience staying at the Setai and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay. I can’t wait to come back."

"Property was beautiful. However access was not good for handicapped. One ramp at back that locks at 10, fortunately others with me that can get in to find some one to let me in"

"It is okay, keep in mind the "Premium Rooms" are more Hostel than hotel looking, the buildings smell like humidity. Nothing like the Freehand in LA."

"Beautiful boutique hotel. Was exactly how we wanted it for our Miami vacation. Staff was wonderful and amenities were very useful. Only issue is that I wish housekeeping would come earlier in the day."

"the house keeper were terrible. they don't change the bed sheets for four days. thay don't come daily, they come to the property every other day. Service is very bad and the water provided is smelly. Don't recommend this place to anyone."

"Besides the property being pretty dirty, the fact that because I booked through Expedia they would not give me a receipt just makes me even less apt to stay here or book through Expedia again. Expedia tells me I need to get a receipt from the hotel. Ridiculous."

"Beautiful, the building did not seem as old as it was. Outside poolside was in creditable. Staff great. Jimeasa, Britany, Naudua (sp) older doorman, all Excellant! The peach champainge at check in was over the top. Breakfast was outstanding. Classic Benedict was the one of the best I have ever had. The bar staff was very helpful for getting around the area. If ever back in Miami or recommending, this is the place to be."
