"Awesome"

"Very very expensive hotel"

"The staff was super nice and helpful. They let us store our bags for the day before we could check in. The room was plenty big for our family of 5 with the pull out couch . The beds were really comfortable and clean. It was the perfect place to stay with just minutes away from the airport. We’ll be staying here again."

"I love staying here, especially because of pool and hotub. The staff sometimes forgets things and I am an inpatient northerner, so customer service is the only non perfection."

"Excelente servicio no pude darle excelente a todo porque App no me deja"

"We had an awesome stay! Michael at the service desk was absolutely fantastic, he was really friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and very clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel"

"We clean nice hotel. Great location"

"Just need more English speaking tv stations not everyone speaks Spanish."

"La propiedad muy bonita y el personal muy amable, el aire acondicionado con mucho ruido y se escucha todo el ruido de la calle"

"Business people return around 7pm, evening free drinks/snacks hours can be extended? Concierge Staff - was very good, especially a dark skinned lady with name starting with "M" - I forget the name. Besides that - the hotel places a "save water" sticker on their bathroom mirror, but the cleaning staff picks up towels that are hung up , anyway. They haven't learnt the importance yet."

"It was nice for a one night stay"

"The only thing i didn’t like was the slightly dodgy start with the airport shuttle. I think the frequency said every fifteen minutes. I arrived after a long journey plus significant time change and waited hopefully and waited and waited. Two shuttles came for Sonesta, Ramada, Hilton, Raddison or various and none for Marriott. Forty minutes later one arrived. I went to get on and there were spare seats but the driver refused to let me on and said wait for the next one! Why? Another fifteen...

"There is no insulation between the doors. You can hear everything that’s going on in the next door over and in the hall way."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. Needing to pay to park in the hotel's garage that we already paid to stay at was kind of obnoxious but we liked the place otherwise."
