"Loved the room with a balcony outdoors. Spent the afternoon soaking up the sun and fresh air. The cheese, fruit, wine and music was a nice touch for the early evening hours. The location is walkable to the ferry, dining and shopping. Overall, a great stay."

"The property is conveniently located in the heart of a cute shopping & dining area. You can walk to the beach/pier. Absolutely breathtaking! The room was perfect for the trip. The area was very clean & the room was also very clean. They gifted us a beach bag and 2 reusable water bottles. I look forward to staying here again. I rate this place 10/10. Oh, you MUST try the fresh made donuts from the shop across the street!! Backdoor Donuts! "

"There are no full time staff onsite. The hotel across the street manages it, so if need something they come across the street. For example, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were missing in the shower, so I contacted them through the One Key app and they quickly responded and came over to put in the missing bottles. Room is rather small with no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker, as these are all located in the nice and spacious common room downstairs. OK selection of TV channels, except the NESN channel was listed as “not available” which means I missed a Red Sox game. Fans beware!"

"Friendly and helpful staff"

"Staff and management were great and very helpful and friendly . Our room was dated and the walls paper thin ,at one point we woke up thinking someone was walking in our room. You could not hold a private conversation in the room without the occupant next door hearing every word . The view out of the window was a metal roof from the property next door . Only plus points were close to ferry and bus stops and small bit of beach to sit on. "
