"Hotel was clean and staff pleasant, but when they send you a text asking you contact them that way if there are any issues, so you do, and it takes them over 12 hours to respond, you do t wait that long and tell the front desk the same thing, THERE IS NO HOT WATER IN YOUR SHOWER. and their response is are you sure? After you ran the water for an HOUR trying to get it warm… their excuse was “we just opened that wing” of the hotel. Sadly we will NOT be staying here ever again. Cold showers are...

"Our room was absolutely beautiful, we upgraded to a balcony room and the weather was lovely so ordered take out to eat on the balcony with a few drinks. Ellen was so lovely and made us feel right at home and so welcome, she told us about places to eat locally and things to do in the area. Breakfast was so good, cereal, wee sticks with cheese and ham, yoghurt, boiled eggs, toasted crumpets and lots more 😋 The hotel is so central with everything you could possibly see and do in edgartown right...

"The room was comfortable and the parking was great. However, if a property advises that it has a pool, then the pool must be available at least some of the time. Because the property also acted as a health club for locals, the pool was never available for us. The pool has a limit of 4 people at one time, which is utterly ridiculous and not in line with pools at other hotels we stayed at locally. Also, there was no signage about this, and we weren't told about this verbally, so we only found...

"The hotel is very nice/upscale. However, they lease a downstairs area to a restaurant that they have no control over. Our room was directly on top and music played rather loudly until 10 PM. Nothing to be done! This is a real disadvantage and needs to be considered before considering this hotel."

"Our room was huge and had a comforatble bed. It looked recently renovated and was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a rainy cold day so I asked for an extra blanket. I was given the blanket and offered a space heater which was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, pizza and sub shops, and the supermarket and ferry."
