"The room was very clean, though quite small. Thankfully, the outdoor seating area attached to the room provided a nice place to relax and helped the space feel less confined. The location is also a plus—within walking distance to stores and shops, which made exploring the area very convenient.

"The room can be small, and the stairwell is narrow, but the room we got (#2 on 3rd fl) was unique and clean. The private balcony was a plus. There could be more facilities (perhaps, I am thinking about a more conventional hotel), but perhaps unrealistic to expect more for the price you pay and for its prime location during the peak season. Beautiful harbor view. Everything is nearby (shopping, restaurants, beach, tour buses, etc.). Staff seems friednly. Feel very safe despite many tourists, and prompt communication via text messages was appreciated. I would highly recommend. "

"My family and I travel to Martha’s Vineyard every summer, my husband and I were married at the Winnetu near South Beach. After many hotel, condo and house rentals year after year, by far this was the most convenient, most comfortable and most scenic stay we’ve ever had. This condo is perfect for a family or group of four. Spacious, clean, cool AC and comfortable beds and couch! The kitchen is well equipped and the washer/dryer were ideal! The views, balconies, in-town location and picturesque view of Ocean Park is more than worth the booking! The first morning, we awoke to the most stunning sunrise you’ve ever seen!
