"Cleanliness was ok Staff Mngt not ok On my 3rd day stay, I went to reception desk to ask clean our room & place new towels. Then when I came back @ 3:15pm I couldn’t open our room with card key, I then went down & came back to rm again but didn’t open again, with 3x up & down fr 3rd floor even w elevator it was a hazzle being a senior citizen, opened our room was not clean & no towels supply. Frustrating & tired!"

"Great price and location!"

"rooms were not that great, the shower tub was dirty and have moo on it, the minifridge wasn't working"

"Free parking. Fair free breakfast. I was on the first floor and I asked to move to a higher level and the room I moved to was much better."

"Bed smelled like someone’s perfume. Remote control had fluid stains. Sink was dirty with previous use debris. Tub has mold. Lobby and elevator carpet were dirty not vacuumed during my whole stay. I asked for a room close to elevator I was told hotel was booked which seemed to be inaccurate."

"We stay here often and it's consistently nice. They allow all sizes of dogs. The breakfast is really good though the coffee could be better. There wasn't a mirror in the main part of the room with light, other than what was in the bathroom, so that was a slight down side. It's fairly quiet as long as you pick a room on the north side."

"Our stay was great! Loved the full kitchen and size of the bathroom!"

"Pool and hot tub did not look inviting so we didn't even try it. Didn't realize when we booked it was more of a motel, outside entrance to our room, I didn't feel comfortable with that, security wise. Never tried breakfast either The gentleman at front desk was amazing on our check out date! He jumped our rental car and was so nice in a stressful situation!"

"Nice sized rooms, helpful staff."
