"Based on my reservation with Expedia I was entitled to an upgrade and breakfast every day for 2 people. The hotel didn’t honor either. The rooms was tiny and the air conditioning was extremely loud. The staff on the floor was nice.. except the last day just before the check out I was with my daughter who just had shower and a man suddenly entered into the room without knocking. In general the experience was poor."
