"The $35 per day fee was a surprise. The front door staff( two guys) was incredibly rude. I have a high tolerance for rudeness and rarely, if ever, give bad reviews. When I refused to pay, instead of explaining the charge, they insinuated that I leave and can’t check in. This was after a long 12-hour flight from California.
The location is top-notch. It’s in the heart of Times Square and close to subways. However, the hotel room is extremely tiny.mattress is cheap and unlike other Hurons.
The AC starts and shuts off every five minutes, making a loud noise. If you’re a light sleeper, this hotel isn’t for you."
