"The pictures on the website do not give an accurate depiction of what the room is actually like. It is not modern, sleek, and clean. The vacuum that the cleaning service used was out in the hallway and it looked like it was from the 70s or 80s. There is no way the floors are clean. Additionally, there were men’s hairs in our bathroom from the first day. The bathroom mirror was pitting and terrible. For this to be a 4-star hotel, they would need to do ALOT of renovations."

"Experiences major delays checking in and then the room itself was really awful. My tv didn't work, but that was the least of my concerns. There were socks left on the floor and someone's earring as well. The staff was incredibly nice and clearly working hard as they adjusted to being open, but the hotel itself has not be re-done in a nice way and it was way overpriced for the stay I experienced."

"Our stay was very nice. Two issues: We received a VIP benefit of a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. When I asked at the front desk, they said it was already in the refrigerator in our room. It wasn't, but they gave it to me at the front desk with two coupons for buy one get one free margaritas which was very nice of them. The amount of elevators they have for the floors of retail/restaurants which are open to the public and the amount of floors is not adequate at all. We had to wait...
