"Resort fee for a non-resort. The room was a lot less lighted than the pictures. Very small, but may be expected for New York? Also the discounts provided, namely for the skywalk, did not work. Overall stay for a short weekend stay was okay. Good location but I would definitely try out another hotel."

"The Lotte is a beautiful hotel, the building is stunning inside and out, lots of gold and marble details. The staff are friendly, they even sang Happy Birthday to my son when we checked in. Our view of St. Patrick’s from the 28th floor was stunning, and we could also see Rocafeller. The room was lovely and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The tub floor was a little slippery, the sachajuan toiletries smelled so good I debated buying them there. We rarely heard much from neighbouring rooms...
