"It's a great hotel in a fantastic location, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean, the lobby was nice, and people were very friendly. But the elevators...dang. They are just terrible. There's confusion with how they work, as there are two different systems in place, and they just take FOREVER to get to the top floors. There can be very long lines to wait when you're heading up, and then once you're on them you're stuck with a LOT of people with no air circulation, and...

"Très belle expérience au Gallivant! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, à quelques pas de Times Square, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de Manhattan à pied ou en métro. Nous avons trouvé le prix très raisonnable pour un hôtel aussi bien situé à New York. Le personnel était accueillant, souriant et sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et, sincèrement, nous n’avons rien de négatif à dire. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!"
