"We called 155 on August 10, 2022 at 7:20p.m. to order food. The man that answered was so impatient and rude. He closed the phone on us, RUDE. That is UNACCEPTABLE !!! Also, lots of noise on 9th floor after 12 midnight."

"Breakfast was minimal, room was dirty and falling apart, lightning poor, and the hotel smelt especially our room of cigarettes. The manager was an absolute 1diot but the other reception staff were good. I would not return or recommend this hotel, it is not a 4* hotel."

"I used to stay in Mac Hotel before, but everything was booked, so I decided to stay in Vazo Suite (they are in the same building). Room is dirty and has a bad smell. Reception guys are not ready to solve anything. When I asked for a late check out, I was told to pay 60 dollars for 2 hours. "
