Ze zeiden dat ze mij geen kamer zouden geven. Ik had een positieve reactie geschreven, indien zij mij direct na de betaling van de boeking hadden verzocht om kosteloos te annuleren. Door mij op de dag van inchecken te dwingen om te annuleren, heb ik een uur met Hotels.com aan de telefoon gezeten en...

"We called 155 on August 10, 2022 at 7:20p.m. to order food. The man that answered was so impatient and rude. He closed the phone on us, RUDE. That is UNACCEPTABLE !!! Also, lots of noise on 9th floor after 12 midnight."

"Breakfast was minimal, room was dirty and falling apart, lightning poor, and the hotel smelt especially our room of cigarettes. The manager was an absolute 1diot but the other reception staff were good. I would not return or recommend this hotel, it is not a 4* hotel."

"The room has a good view from the window and from the balcony to the sea. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. It was generally quiet and we felt safe. The pool and the area around it is nice. The tradeoff being that we were a little far from the train. And the train ride into the city is about 10 miles. "
