"Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. I especially appreciated the housekeeping staff that helped me with my bags. I am sorry I did not get her name but it was at 5.15pm on the 8th floor and she would not accept a tip from me. If you can work out who she was please share my appreciation"

"Our recent stay at the Hotel Burbank was excellent. The hotel was clean, quiet and very conveniently located in an area with a variety of restaurants and shops both within walking and very short driving distance. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Even though we had to be in areas near Burbank for what we had come to town for, the location was not at all inconvenient, and is out of the hustle and crowd of downtown LA and that immediate area. We will definitely stay at the Hotel Burbank again if we are in the LA area."

"I was so surprised with how close this was to the park entrance. A super easy and enjoyable walk (maybe 3-5 min) to security. The room was good and the beds were pretty good for hotel beds. AC worked wonderfully. Tons of food options around too. We loved the pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!"
