A surprising amount of things to do for such a small town. Recommend visiting the caves.

Luray was a cute town. Wish we would have had more time to walk around. Could have spent more time in the charming downtown area if our room was closer to town. If I came back again I would book a room that was walkable to downtown.

highly recommend the Watch & Warrant downtown -- had the fish & chips, plus a side of shrimp watched a movie across the street at the cinema, which was small and cozy

Good
Limited dining options. Not a lot of attractions other than Luray Caverns.
"Very nice rustic get-a-way in a quiet neighborhood - relaxing retreat. Close to attractions and kayaking in the river. The outdoor theater was a nice touch - helpful hints: you will need a computer, DVD player, or an Amazon fire stick to work the projector (HDMI connection) with wifi capability and take a Bluetooth speaker to enhance your experience. Great yard if you have dogs, but don't forget flea/tick protection to keep them safe. Kristen was excellent with communication! I would recommend this cabin in the future. "
"I've never stayed at one of those roadside motels before but the room is newly renovated and super clean! Exceeds expectations! The staff left before I arrived but they were nice and able to check me in and get me in the room."
"Property was very clean, the only complaint was the amount of flying insects on the grounds outside the cabin. We used bug spray, but could not enjoy the beautiful outdoor space as we had intended to do. "
"Welcoming staff - nicely upgraded rooms with Starbucks coffee in room. All the necessities - even 3 sets of towels laid out for our party. Easy to walk around property - easy to park. Fabulous stay"
