I arrive at about 9pm. The night ckerk told me i was the last check-in. When i got to my room, i immediatly saw roaches in the table tops. I seached around and found more. I went down and told the clerk. He told me they had a concelation and offered another room. I went to look and immediatly found more bugs in the new room. The clerk told me he couldnt give me a refund because i booked through hotels.com. I contacted hotels.com and was told they would work on my behalf to get a refund. With no other vacanciees in the area, I drove home. Two days later, hotels.com told me that Quality Inns refused to give me a refund
