1st nt, Got in late abd the sent me to an unlit very dark hallway where I could not even see the room number. No shampoo. Room shabby. Complained and gave me a very nice clean room for the next nights. No shampoo

Great find! Rooms were clean, pool was well kept. Property is beautiful and very easy to get to.There is a restaurant onsite which is very convenient. I’m not a golf enthusiast lol BUT everyone else looked they were having a great time! Will definitely stay here again

The room is basic but fine although outdated and small bathroom. The golf course looked nice, but we aren't golfers. They don't come in and clean your room. I think that should be advertised beforehand because having rooms cleaned and beds made matter to me. Also, the walls are paper thin. We could hear the neighboring rooms conversation - not just noise but their actual words. And we could hear people outside our room. Wasn't our favorite place but the woman at check in was very nice.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable enough, and the water for showers was hot. We are not golfers so we could not evaluate that part of our stay. It was hard to find our room because it was in a very weird location and the girl didn’t really explain to us how to find it. The mountain and golf course view was very pretty.

This is a great little golf resort. Beautiful grounds, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The courses are lovely and well-maintained. Excellent sunset views from the poolside room patio. The pool is large and has plenty of room to lounge with chaises, chairs, umbrellas and tables. The Miller Grill has good food. The location is in the gorgeous Shenandoah region, the town is small and quaint and has several cafes and a general store. Recommendations: a dedicated parking spot for each room, in front of the room. A coin or card-operated laundry machine and dryer on the premises. Vending machines for after-hours sodas and snacks. A sign for quiet hours until 8am for poolside rooms (I don’t expect the the rooms adjacent to the course to be quiet, but for the set by the pool, morning chill would be appreciated.)

Inaccurate advertisement. This is a MOTEL, locks were installed poorly, window did not latch. Broken furniture. Overall clean inside and staff was nice, but staircases up to 2nd level/walkways smelled of smoke and moisture. If we were looking to stay in a motel, our expectations would have been set different. Again, not terrible, but advertisement just not fully transparent. Staff was very kind, however.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views of the mountains are nice and the overall experience was very relaxing. Please note though as a hotel guest...this is also a private golf/country club and the members clearly rule the roost. Golfers/members hanging out at the bar for hours at the Miller Grille were a little rowdy and obviously this is accepted. Also members tend to treat the pool as it is is there own private party area at times.

One extremely helpful staff member, 2 others not so much. Clean room. Nice pool. 11 am checkout but would not allow late check out at all. Walked the beautiful golf course in the evening which was great. Better deal going through Expedia than direct(?). Mower started right outside our door at 7 or 8am
