"Jonathan checked us in, and really we would not have had such a nice day in Brussels without his attention and advice. He helped us check in and was very hospitable, showing us on a map where we should go for food, drinks and places of interest. He is excellent and provided exactly the hospitality we needed as newbies to the city. The room was standard, we felt the bed was too firm, though this is a preference. "
