"The room was great, lots of cupboard space. Luggage rack. Was cleaned daily and comfy. Wide range at Breakfast buffet.Friendly staff and food was good."

"Although the staff were very friendly and helpful the hotel is in need of a refresh . It’s starting to look very shabby in places. We paid for a better room and while bigger in size it was very basic and old fashioned and disappointing for the money paid. No fridge , water or tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was very good with a big selection."

"When I first stepped into my room I didn't know if the door struck the bed or the shelves that doubled as my closet. I began to wish I had a shoehorn to comfortably slip into my room or if I had accidentally stepped into a land based ship cabin. I knew though that I would never be able to lose or misplace anything since there was no room for anything to hide. The room was nevertheless clean quiet and comfortable. The room has unadorned walls and minimal amenities. No radio, clock, fridge, chest of drawers or closet, but plenty of usb receptacles and good air conditioning. Please be aware that all the electrical outlets are European style only and you may need a US to European adapter for some appliances.The breakfast area has a good selection, but is very small. This though is the lowest cost hotel in central Brussels with lots of stores, restaurants and transportation nearby. Its location makes it an ideal place to stay. Like most hotels staff service is dependent upon the mood of the person behind the desk, but they are helpful if approached in a polite manner."

"Chutneys restaurant was disappointing for the type of hotel. A slightly glorified pub with slow, surly service and a very mediocre meal. Sorry. Eat somewhere else. Rooftop bar with funky music if you like that sort of thing."

"Brussels central station is only 6 min walk , grand place was only 3 to 5 min walk . Lot of restaurants around the hotel . Gallery was only 2 min away . I would recommend to anyone who wanted to stay very local to hotel and lots of brunch / dine in places to look into it . "
