"Great location, good sized room. Nice to have a coffee machine but only 4 coffee pods for 2 people and a 4 night stay. Comfortable mattress but horrible plastic backed mattress cover which made sleeping uncomfortably hot also the bottom sheet was a flat sheet which was far too small so kept coming off in the night. Decent shower, plenty of hot water, nice to have a separate toilet too. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking pans. Nice to have a water filter in the reception to refill bottles every day too."

"Incredible friendly staff, they let us into the room in the morning, so we did not have to wait for the regular check in time. They also helped us with guidance to the places around. The room was nice and clean as expected. Breakfast buffet was outstanding for the money - very tasty and a lot of choices."

"The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. A warning to any potential visitors, the underground car park is very small, down a ramp with a 180 degree turn at the bottom and in a medium-sized car was very, very difficult to manoeuvre and park. That said, the fact that we could park in central Brussels was a real positive. The location is brilliant and a 6-7 minute walk to the Grand Place and is surrounded by lovely restaurants and bistros."
