Unfortunately, there are so many negatives. The entry has a code, the main lock box unit has a code, then the individual lock box has a code. "Appartamento centralissimo, vicino alla Grand Place e alla Borsa. Pulito e attrezzato, letti comodi; è una mansarda per cui alcune zone sono basse e i bagni un po' piccoli. "Short walk from Grand Place! We had a nice stay here for 2 nights in Brussels. We found out shortly before check-in that we needed a phone number for check-in, which was a slight issue as I only had a data plan for the international trip. We quickly worked through it. We were checked into the wrong room for the first night, but it was just as nice, and they were accomodating to switch the room the next morning. "First off, the check in was supposed to be 3pm and we weren’t allowed to check in until 4:29 pm. The place was a mess and we have pictures to prove it. The internet didn’t work, it was the wrong one listed, they didn’t have a proper shower, the towels smelled bad. I can go on and demand a reasoning why this is listed and an explanation. We didn’t want to write until after we left because we were worried someone would break in. "
