"It is a lovely hotel within walking distance of restaurants and the Grand Place. We did the Dining in the Dark and it is a unique experience. Fredrick the bar tender is great and the staff as a whole was wonderful We stayed there in the middle of a 14 day trip as the information on hotels.com said they had laundry service. I even sent them an email to confirm which they did. When we checked in a Friday at 2 pm we were told there was no laundry service on the Weekend and not laundry bags in our room. A quick conversation with staff and our laundry was picked up and returned five hours later...a big help."
