"Lovely boutique type hotel close to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. Room was spacious, well maintained and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Wonderful hotel in great neighborhood. Close to sights but didn’t feel overly touristy"

"AC was not working properly even though I informed them multiple times. No staff to serve at the bar during my whole stay. I checked out one day earlier than my planned stay and they refused to refund the remaining day but I checked out anyway and moved to a nearby hotel."

"Great staff"

"Hotel was centrally located from all the popular sights. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would consider staying here again in the future."

"We had a standard room, which was clean, comfortable, and spacious for two people. The only downside was that the shower faucet was not working properly. We reported the issue and were told that a plumber would come to check it, but unfortunately, no one came during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Staff are friendly. Rooms are always clean. Lobby is nice for small gatherings and meeting place for friendly visit or business meeting. Bar is excellent."

"Great hotel in a handy location for the metro and landmarks. Very well maintained and would highly recommend staying"

"Due to a foot injury, the staff were very friendly and accomodating to place me at the closest room to the entrance. Room was clean and location was extremely convenient and only a few minutes from the Grand Place and central station. Only downside is that it can be pretty loud late at night. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!"
