"This hotel is in a great location! I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is very cool and modern inside. The restaurant is good, it has a coffee shop in the lobby, and the subway is a very short walk from the hotel. My room was beautiful, really clean, and had the cutest balcony!
During my stay the hotel was having issues with their internet and I did not have WIFI/internet access during my stay. No one told me at check in when I arrived but they did tell me later that they had been having issues with the wifi all week. This meant I could not use my laptop or watch TV as the TV does not work without wifi. I also had an issue getting my digital key to work a couple of times.
You do pay an additional "resort" fee for internet, the water bottles and coffee in room, and the gym.
The front desk does not always answer the phone or respond to the text messaging option, which I thought was frustrating.
The morning I was checking out the person working the front desk was the NICEST person. Very friendly, was very prompt responding to my text earlier in the morning, told me about the car service the hotel offers for rides to the airport and was very helpful taking my bags to hold for the day until my flight that afternoon. I wish I would have remembered to get his name because he definitely deserves mentioning. Though everyone working there was kind enough his friendliness and customer service was another level, and a nice change."
