"Perfect location for doing and seeing everything"

"We loved our stay at the Parklane Hotel. Beautiful premises excellent location and friendly staff especially the breakfast crew was amazing. They make the best of the small room to accommodate everyone ( we were the in February when its was impossible to have breakfast outside on the balcony). We are looking forward to going back again"

"The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff very helpful. The bathroom was the problem - no lotion, etc. I would expect these amenities in a hotel of this caliber. It was the size of a small closet and the mirror backing was peeling."

"The hotel is great if you’re planning to watch shows. Near many of the theatres! All of our shows were in walking distance , one right around the corner. Perfect stay for our trip , and they offer a free cocktail in the evening !"

"Upgraded room was clean but small corner room. Nice view. Rooftop bar was nice but a little expensive... Staff was very nice and spoke to us every time!"

"The Knickerbocker was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had! The room was clean, had complimentary water available each day, plenty of towels, and bathrobes! We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, Gania was our server and was very friendly and kind! The only real critique was there were no hangers on the wall for towels/umbrellas/wet raincoats. We stayed over the weekend where it rained every day and having a place that was not in the enclosed closet...

"Great location, super friendly staff, house keeping was fantastic and rooms were very clean. My only complaint of the room is that our shower door didn’t close all the way, so water did go all over the floor but easy clean up. There is no reason to charge a resort fee just because you can. Bar was cute and good drinks but not all bartenders were friendly. The elevators were very slow and during our stay, 3 of the 4 elevators were not working correctly. Overall great location and great stay."
