The place located way fare from all attractions. Tube stations about 8 minutes walk, same as bus station. Not much places around to eat. Rooms not cleaned properly. Won’t be back again.

This property is very well located, it’s literally next to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London which is a plus if you’re planning on going there. 9 minute walk to the train station which is also a plus and 9 minute walk to the pier where you can ride an Uber boat to get around London and main attractions. ...

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Pool was freezing ruined my daughters birthday trip staff did not seem to care and stood around talking in the spa area after being told we could'nt use the pool as it was too busy but when we got through there were 2 people in it! No doubt because the pool was so cold.
