"Excellent location for Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Nice area with cafes etc off the Main Street. Only downside were wobbly tired stools to sit on, lack of toiletries and it was very hot although a portable fan was provided. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful."

"Great location! Place is small but nice. Got a room on the top floor and the view is great. Plenty of good restaurants and pubs nearby. Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station are a 10 minute walk. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When you step out of the front door you immediately know that you are in London. "I loved the old artistic decoration and flowers growing in backyard. The Pub served great food. Staff were exceptionally friendly and nice hospitality. What i did not realize I was too old for carrying my luggage on narrow steps; going out of room to bathroom or showering.
