4 BR. 2 BTH, HOT TUB, MINS TO JONES BEACH, MINS TO RIVIERA WALK TO TRAIN TO NYC

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (11)
"This house was fabulous. Grace was a perfect host! I had a few questions and she was extremely prompt with all replies. We had 9 adults and everyone was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beds were all very comfortable. Everyone slept very good. We were seeing a concert at Jones Beach one day and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook for our tailgate. The backyard was a true oasis. The pictures don't do it justice. It was so...

"It's a nice unit in a nice building. The gym is great. My unit had a balcony that was blocked by suspended window washing equipment so I was not able to use it."

Suite+Balcony | Full Bed+Kitchenette | near NYC

7.0 out of 10, Good, (4)
"Negatives: The room is so small it was hard to use the desk. So small there was no table to eat on. Had a broken toilet seat that was the wrong size. Images on line made the space look more luxurious. Positives: The room was very clean. The building is reasonably secure. The workout gym is amazing. The business space is very functional, quiet and inviting. Communication with management was efficient (but impersonal). I would consider using the company again."

"I travel for business to NYC and I'd never stayed in the Bronx. My usual areas were either full or overpriced so I took a shot at a good looking listing. I was impressed with not only my accommodations, but the building amenities were also top notch. Excellent gym! I wish there was more in the immediate area, but because of the road interchanges, it was difficult to walk many places. Perhaps if I had met a local or had more time to explore I could have found some good local spots for food or...
